With over a decade of experience, Phoenix has specialized in curating sophisticated and elegant residences across the globe, setting new standards in modern living. With a strong foundation in architectural concepts and a close collaboration with our principal designer, Arusha contributes dynamic ideas and a refined aesthetic to each project. She leverages her background in architectural technology to craft spaces that harmoniously integrate luxury with functionality, ensuring each design reflects both excellence and purpose.

Shubham Wedhera he/him

Shubham Wedhera is a dedicated LEED Green Associate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Post-graduate certification in Urban Design and Green Architecture. He has gained diverse hands-on experience through multiple internships and projects around the world, working with distinguished architects and urban planners in cities like Berlin, New York, California, and Hawaii. Shubham's academic excellence as a scholar earned him a fully sponsored conservation project at Tokyo University of Science in Japan, which further deepened his expertise in sustainable design and heritage conservation.
His practical exposure includes working with the City of Mississauga’s Planning Department, where he explored sustainable urban fabrics and city planning strategies that emphasize long-term impact. Additionally, he has acquired valuable insights into Canadian construction standards and sustainability targets, equipping him with the knowledge to contribute to eco-friendly urban development. Shubham's global perspective and technical skills in architecture and sustainable urban design reflect his commitment to shaping resilient, forward-thinking environments for communities around the world.
